Mondays to Fridays:
YOUR Stimulii Package and Rhythm and Song
120 minutes (2 hrs), 1 x Console, 2 x Staff members, and 3 x select games =£200
Weekends + Public Holidays:
YOUR Stimulii Package and Rhythm and Song
120 minutes (2 hrs), 1 x Console, 2 x Staff members, and 3 x select games =£240
We use offline, cooperative games as a tool for structured social interaction. The focus is on communication, teamwork, and inclusion, not competition or screen time.
The volume of each session can vary and is customised according to your preference. Most sessions are in a separate available room or space.
A: Sessions may last from 45 minutes to 3 hours and are run by our experienced staff.
A: You will receive a session plan and risk assessment 48 hours before the event.
A: Absolutely! We offer a 15-minute call to check your goals and discuss room setup.
A: All staff hold Enhanced DBS certificates. Students and residents needing additional support are supervised at all times. Equipment is thoroughly wiped down between groups to maintain cleanliness and safety. A full safeguarding and safety policy is available upon request.
A: Yes. If you need it for your records, you'll receive a 1-page impact report after each session for your CQC / Ofsted records. Additionally, an impact report will be sent within 24 hours of the session you chose.
